FAQ
- What is PsyFate?
- PsyFate reads birth details through two distinct Chinese traditions: BaZi (八字, Four Pillars) and Zi Wei Dou Shu (紫微斗数). If you know Western astrology, think of these as separate symbolic frameworks—not a translation or replacement for your Western natal chart. Reports explain each tradition in plain language and are intended for cultural exploration and self-reflection, not fixed predictions or psychological diagnosis.
- Is the content predictive?
- No. The reports are entertainment and self-reflection content only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We display a disclaimer in every report.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email us at kjhe87@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the email address you registered with. We will erase all your data within 7 days.
- How is my data used?
- Birth chart data and conversation content are sent (anonymized) to LLM providers (Anthropic / DeepSeek) to generate analysis. We do not sell data. See full details in our Privacy Policy.
- Refund policy
- We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not generated a full analysis report. Contact us by email with your order ID.
