PsyFate is a self-exploration and entertainment tool. All content produced by this Service — destiny analysis, psychological work, family-constellation reports, AI conversations, and the like:
- Is intended solely for personal exploration and entertainment and carries no scientific or predictive validity
- Does not constitute medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice, investment advice, or any other professional advice
- Is not a substitute for the professional services of licensed physicians, psychotherapists, attorneys, or financial advisors
- Any decision or action a user takes based on content from this Service is at that user’s own risk and responsibility
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, objectivity, or reproducibility of any destiny prediction

3. Eligibility
This Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity.
Minors may not register an account on their own. Children under 13 are prohibited from using this Service.
4. Account & Chart Subjects
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please keep your login password secure.
Any chart-subject information you enter (including another person’s name, date of birth, place of birth, etc.) must satisfy: (1) you genuinely possess or are authorized to use this information; (2) it does not infringe another person’s privacy rights; (3) it is not used for harassment, doxxing, or similar purposes.
The following conduct is prohibited: looking up and publicly sharing another person’s chart without their consent; using this Service for gambling, pyramid schemes, cults, or commercial fraud; charging others by passing off AI output as professional consulting services, and similar conduct.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Pricing, conversation quotas, and validity periods are as displayed on the page at the time of purchase.
Because the Service delivers virtual content (compute cost is incurred as soon as an AI report is generated), purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may nonetheless be requested where: (1) you were charged more than once for the same purchase; (2) the Service is unavailable for an extended period (>48 hours); or (3) other circumstances required by applicable law. 6. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in this Service’s code, design, prompt engineering, brand, and UI belongs to the psyfate.com team. Copyright in AI-generated report content belongs to you (the user); you may freely use it for personal learning and sharing, but may not scrape it in bulk or resell it without authorization.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may update, adjust, or discontinue all or part of this Service’s functionality at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance. If the Service is discontinued, any unused purchased quota will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If you materially breach these Terms (e.g., harassing others, commercial fraud, abusing the AI, etc.), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the psyfate.com team is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect loss arising from AI-generated output
- Life decisions users make based on content from this Service (marriage, career, investment, health, etc.)
- Malfunctions or data issues in third-party services (payment processors, AI models, hosting platforms)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government action, network outages, etc.)
If we are ultimately found liable, total damages will not exceed the total amount you paid to this Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute should first be resolved through negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in a people’s court with jurisdiction over the location of the psyfate.com team.
For users located overseas, dispute resolution is governed by the law and courts of the user’s own jurisdiction.
