- What is PsyFate? / PsyFate 是什么?
- PsyFate is an AI-powered analysis tool based on traditional Chinese metaphysics — specifically BaZi (八字, Four Pillars of Destiny) and ZiWei DouShu (紫微斗数, Purple Star Astrology). It is not Western horoscope astrology. We use large language models to generate personalized analysis reports bridging traditional Chinese personality / life-pattern frameworks with modern depth psychology concepts.
- Is the content predictive? / 内容是预测吗?
- No. The reports are entertainment and self-reflection content only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We display a disclaimer in every report.
- How do I delete my account? / 如何删除账户?
- Email us at kjhe87@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and the email address you registered with. We will erase all your data within 7 days.
- How is my data used? / 我的数据如何使用?
- Birth chart data and conversation content are sent (anonymized) to LLM providers (Anthropic / DeepSeek) to generate analysis. We do not sell data. See full details in our Privacy Policy.
- Refund policy / 退款政策
- We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not generated a full analysis report. Contact us by email with your order ID.
